Common questions

How do I report a post or account?

Open the menu (⋯) on the post or profile and choose Report. See the Community Guidelines.

How do I get a verified badge?

In the app go to Settings → Get verified, or open wham.social/verify. Choose what you are applying as and provide the evidence asked for. A badge confirms identity, not that what you say is true.

How do I change my username, location or interests?

Edit your profile and Settings → Location & interests.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Delete account in the app, or wham.social/delete-account.

I lost access to my account.

Use the sign-in method you first used (Google, Apple or email). If that does not work, email us from the address on the account.

Was my account suspended by mistake?

Email us with your username and we will review it.
